With us, paying should be as relaxed as a lovely wellness day. That’s why we offer you several secure options – from credit card and PayPal to Klarna (invoice/installments) as well as instant bank transfer and prepayment.
You simply choose at checkout what suits you best. Transparency is important to us, so we have no hidden fees, clear confirmation by email, and – depending on the method – fast shipping.
Below you will find the payment methods we offer and frequently asked questions about them.
Purchase on Invoice via Klarna
How does purchase on invoice with Klarna work?
You select “Purchase on Invoice (Klarna)”, receive the invoice & payment information directly from Klarna, and pay Klarna by the payment deadline. Creditworthiness assumed.
Do I need a Klarna account?
No. Account/App are optional – convenient for overview, but not required.
Where do I get the invoice & payment deadline?
By email from Klarna (check spam); alternatively in the Klarna app/website.
To whom do I transfer the payment?
To Klarna. Bank details & reference number are in the Klarna email.
Didn’t receive an email from Klarna – what should I do?
Check spam, verify your email address and contact Klarna or us if necessary.
What happens after a partial return? How is the invoice adjusted?
After we process the return, Klarna corrects the invoice and refunds the difference.
Received a reminder from Klarna – how should I respond?
Pay Klarna directly or ask for clarification. We are only responsible for order-related queries.
Can I change the payment method afterwards?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Please request cancellation and place a new order.
PayPal
How does payment with PayPal work?
Choose PayPal at checkout → redirected to paypal.com → complete payment → returned to the shop.
Payment cancelled – how do I start again?
Return to the order overview and initiate payment again or place a new order.
Refund for cancellation/return – where does it go?
Back to the same PayPal payment method. Depending on bank processing times, visible shortly.
Why does it say “open/pre-authorised”?
This is a reservation – it is released automatically after completion/cancellation.
Pay without a PayPal account?
PayPal itself requires an account.
Direct Debit (via PayPal, without PayPal account)
How does direct debit via PayPal work?
Select “Direct Debit (via PayPal)” → enter IBAN → authorise debit.
What information is required from me?
IBAN, name, direct debit authorisation (mandate).
Status shows “not completed”. What should I do?
Process was cancelled → start again or choose a different payment method.
How do I get my money back?
The amount is always refunded to the same payment account.
Credit Card | Mastercard or Visa
Why is two-factor authentication (3D Secure/PSD2) necessary?
This is a security requirement from credit institutions. Your payment must be confirmed in your bank/card app or via TAN.
I don’t receive a push/TAN. What should I do?
Open the app/allow notifications, check internet connection, enable card for online/EU use, then try again.
My card payment failed. What is the reason?
3DS not confirmed, limit/coverage reached, incorrect data, bank block – possibly choose another payment method.
How long does a refund to my credit card take?
Usually 1–5 working days, depending on the bank.
Can I “whitelist” you?
If your bank offers it, a whitelist can simplify checks – details with your bank.
Prepayment also known as bank transfer
Where do I find your bank details and reference number?
After completing your order, you will receive all relevant information by email. Alternatively, you can find our bank details here. Please include your customer or order number in the reference for every transfer.
I entered the wrong reference number. What now?
Send proof of payment to us (date, amount, IBAN, reference). We will manually assign the amount to your order so it can be processed further.
By when must I transfer the payment?
As soon as possible. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 11 days from order receipt.
When will the refund be made for prepayment?
Refunds usually take 1–5 working days to reach you – depending on the bank.
