When will I receive an order confirmation?

Click on “Buy now” – ping! – your order confirmation is on its way to you and usually arrives in your inbox within a few minutes – including your order number and a summary of your items. If nothing arrives: check your spam folder, verify your email address, or get in touch with us briefly.

No email received?

Here’s what to do:

1. Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes the email takes an unexpected detour.
2. Check your email address – typos during checkout are common.
3. Seen the confirmation in the shop but no email?
   Contact our support team briefly – we’ll gladly resend the confirmation and check together if the email address is correctly registered.
