Would you like to adjust the delivery address after placing your order? In this article, we will show you until when a change is possible, how best to contact us, and what alternatives are available if your order is already on its way.
To answer your question upfront:
Yes – as long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address for you directly. If the goods are already on their way, the change must be made through the shipping company.

Before shipping
Contact us as soon as possible (have your order number ready). We will adjust the address as long as the shipping process has not progressed too far. -
After shipping
You are also welcome to contact us (we will then inform the appointed shipping company) or get in touch directly with the shipping company and communicate your request to change the delivery address.
Please get in touch as early as possible so that your order can be delivered without delays.
Important notes
- PayPal orders: Shipping to the address registered with PayPal (seller protection). Subsequent changes are usually not possible here.
- Klarna: Often, invoice and delivery addresses must be identical.
- Invoice address: Can be changed independently of the delivery address – just drop us a line.
- Goods shipped by freight: No delivery to parcel stations or PO boxes; delivery is usually to the kerbside. Appointment scheduling is handled separately by the shipping company.
- Island deliveries: Not available.
