I ordered the wrong item. How can I return it?

Don’t worry – it happens to the best of us. Within the 14-day cancellation period, you can return incorrectly ordered goods. We will collect freight items by arrangement. Collection costs may apply – see below under “Costs & Deadlines”.

Here’s what to do

1) Contact us briefly

By phone, email, contact form or WhatsApp – whichever suits you best.
Please always provide: order number and reason for return (“ordered wrong” is perfectly fine).

2) Receive return documents

• We will arrange a collection appointment with you and inform you about any applicable collection costs.

3) Return the goods

• Please prepare the goods securely for transport. Collection will take place at the agreed time up to the kerbside.

4) Refund

As soon as the return has been received & processed by us, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. This usually takes 1–5 working days after processing (depending on the payment method). You will receive a confirmation by email.

Costs & Deadlines

• Cancellation period

  14 days from receipt of the goods.

• Return costs

  Collection is chargeable for you. The amount will be communicated to you in advance.

• Condition

  Please – if possible – prepare the goods completely and well packed on a pallet (as on delivery) for return shipment. (including accessories/instructions).

Keep the original packaging and pallet until you are sure everything fits – this makes the return easier.

A classic exchange is not possible. The quickest way is to return the wrong item and order the correct one anew.

How do I know that the return has arrived?
You will receive an email once the return has been processed.

The packaging is already opened – can I still return it?
Yes, cancellation is still possible. Please include everything completely and pack securely for transport.
