Who takes care of the collection of my freight goods?

In short: We do! You get in touch with us briefly, tell us why you want to return, and we commission the freight company. The freight company will then contact you directly – by phone – to arrange an appointment.

How it works

1. Contact us
   By email, contact form, WhatsApp or telephone. Please briefly state the reason for the return.
2. Provide contact details
   Please give us your email address and telephone number – we will pass these on to the freight company.
3. Arrange collection appointment
   The freight company will contact you (usually by phone) and agree a collection appointment with you.
4. Prepare goods
   Collection takes place from the kerbside. Please make sure the goods are secure and ready for transport (see checklist).

Checklist for collection

• Packaging/pallet: Secure the goods firmly, preferably use the original packaging/pallet.
  No pallet anymore? Please inform us briefly – we will find a solution.
• Accessories & small parts: Include completely and bundle them (e.g. secure in bags/boxes).
• Protection: Provide the goods clean & dry, pad any sharp/fragile areas.

Access: kerbside freely accessible, house number clearly visible!

Important notes

• Kerbside: The driver collects at the kerbside
• Availability: Please keep your phone handy around the appointment time so the freight company can reach you quickly if anything is unclear.
• Liability & proof: Please ask the driver for a receipt confirmation (delivery note/scan). Keep photos and the receipt until the process is complete.

Do I have to commission a freight company myself?
No – we take care of that. You only need to arrange the appointment.

Will I receive labels/documents?
If documents are required, you will receive them directly from the freight company.

How quickly will collection take place?
That depends on the region and route planning. The freight company will contact you promptly and offer suitable appointments.

The goods are already assembled – is that possible?
No. The goods must be dismantled as upon delivery and securely packed on a pallet.

What if I have already disposed of the pallet?
Please inform us before commissioning the freight company for collection so that
we can arrange for a pallet delivery in good time.
